2.Mechanism |
Main and auxiliary hoist mechanisms |
It consists of variable axial concealed plunger hydraulic motor,
balanced valve, reducer, normally closed brake and wire rope. It
is independent of other mechanisms to be operated. Wire rope is a kind of special torsion-resistant one imported from Germany. Main and auxiliary hoist mechanisms are two-speed type, having two different lifting speeds, which can improve working efficiency. |
Hoisting limiter |
Prevent hook from excessive lifting and avoid accident occurring. |
Boom angle indicator |
It consists of axial concealed plunger hydraulic motor, gear
reducer, slewing brake valve, brake, pinion gear and slewing ring. The superstructure can realize 360¡ã slewing via slewing ring which is driven by pinion gear. With controllable sliding control, slewing gear can reduce impact to ensure slewing start/ brake more stably. Adopting double slewing closed system, slewing gear can reduce impact to ensure slewing start/ brake more stably. It also has controllable free-sliding function, which makes the crane meet the requirement of operation better. Slewing can realize stepless speed regulation varying from 0 to 1.1r/min. The slewing gear can be locked by two mechanical locking devices in front of the slewing table. |
Traveling mechanism |
It adopts double-motor and double-reducer. Hydraulic motor,
traveling reducer and balanced valve are all imported. Two sets
of control levers respectively control two tracks' traveling to
realize straight-line traveling, one-way steering, differential
steering, spot turn and traveling with load etc, and then ensure
the crawler crane has great mobility and flexibility. Traveling speed: 0.6¡«0.98km/h. Gradeability: 30%. |
Mast raising mechanism |
It consists of mast, mast raising cylinder and auxiliary hydraulic
system etc. it is used for self-assembly/dismantling of the crane (or the change of jobsite). Before doing this work, the mast should be raised 90¡ã over the horizontal level so as to connect pendant plate, assemble boom and install track assembly and counterweight. |
Operator s Cab Rotary and Pitching Mechanism |
Operator's cab can rotate for 90¡ã from the side of slewing table to the front of slewing table and be fixed by positioning pin, which reduce the width of complete vehicle and is convenient to transport. Operator s cab is tilted by cylinder. When the lifting height is high, operator's cab can be raised upwards for 20¡ã to broaden the driver's vision. |
Counterweight and counterweight assembly/dismantling mechanism |
It makes up of counterweight baseboard, counterweight, counterweight raising cylinder, bearing chain and fixed pin cylinder. It mainly realizes self-assembly/dismantling of counterweight to improve utilization ratio of this crane and reduce danger of manual installation. |
Outrigger mechanism and track self- assembly/dismantling mechanism |
Outrigger mechanism and track self- assembly/dismantling
mechanism consist of outrigger, outrigger cylinder, outrigger
valve and track power pin etc. Outrigger mechanism is the main
load bearing mechanism when self-assemble/dismantle track. Track self-assembly/dismantling mechanism lifts track assembly by mast and lifting cylinder, and then connects track assembly and frame by power pin. Outrigger mechanism and track selfassembly/dismantling mechanism can assemble/dismantle track assembly by itself without auxiliary lifting equipment, which improves efficiency and reduces labor intensity and avoids danger of manual operation. |
